[Alex just kisses him back, molding herself to him as her hand slides between them to start on his buttons, and then she pulls back just a bit to whisper, her eyes locked on his.]

There's nowhere else I'd rather be, Richard. I love you, and no matter what happens, I'd still always chose this.

[And then she just kisses him again, because she knows he loves her and she doesn't need him to say it back.]

[He kisses back, only this time the kiss has less libido in it and more of his heart. More of that phrase he's only said once while he was half asleep. Pulling back, he rests his forehead against hers, eyes closed. as he brushes her hair.]

[Kissing her again he adds a slight rib between them.]

But it's still a poor choice.

[Alex just closes her eyes for a moment, smiling into the kiss as she feels it change, and her arms wrap around his neck, just holding onto him before she laughs once more against his lips.]
